It is a phrase commonly use as visit seven seas and That mean seeing the seas All over the world
or at least seeing 7 different colors of seas

In old times when people use ship and no aero planes than this phrase was very known one but now you can say that smell 7 Clouds beacause we are using Air planes for Trans Port :D
